High-tech start-ups based in Tel Aviv

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for:

- Managing relationships and becoming a trusted adviser to important customers.
- Troubleshooting technical problems
- Understanding the customer business drivers that will increase engagement with product offerings
- Recommending solutions best practices to address specific customer business needs.
- Serving as an escalation point for customer concerns about all
product and services
- Developing and managing success plans to maximize customer growth and retention
- Providing tech sales support for customers who are evaluating the offerings

Requirements:

Experience:
- 2-3 years Customer Support/Customer Success/Account Management Experience

Skills required:
- Friendly, Patient and Professional demeanor
- Passionate about client success
- Ability to multitask - managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Strong technical and deep analytical skills.
- Strong Client and internal communication skills

Other:
- Available for a multi-week training program in Israel
- Willingness to travel occasionally to clients in the US and to the R&D center in Israel
