Our client is a well-established and reputable organization in the performing arts sector, known for its high standards and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the opening phase of the studio, coordinating with the franchise HQ.
-Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, logistics, and facility management.
-Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors and administrative staff.
-Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students (children and adults).
-Lead marketing and local outreach initiatives to build community presence.
-Organize events, showcases, and open days to engage students and families.
-Ensure alignment with the franchise’s quality standards and brand values.
-Manage budgets, reporting, and financial planning.
This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy, ideal for a commercially minded leader with a passion for the arts.
Requirements:
-Proven experience (minimum 3 years, ideally 5) in managing educational or creative institutions (e.g. dance schools, art studios, fitness centers).
-Strong leadership skills, team management, and ability to work in a fast-paced setup environment.
-Commercial mindset – capable of driving growth, overseeing marketing, and building partnerships.
-Passion for the performing arts.
-Experience working with both children and adult students is highly valued.
-Knowledge of the local area is a strong plus.
-English is preferred; Spanish is essential.
-Familiarity with CRM/scheduling tools is appreciated.
-Position: Full-time, based in Barcelona
-Start: Ideally by October or early November.
-Salary: €40,000–€60,000 gross annually (depending on experience).
