Helpdesk Support Specialist (Portuguese & French)

As a Multilingual Helpdesk Analyst, you will:

• Support users across Europe by phone, email, and ticketing tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues
• Escalate complex problems to specialized teams
• Log and document all interactions accurately
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with your team and other departments
