Our client company is a company specialising in luxury holiday rentals. They are looking for a candidate with an international profile, business focused and with a great capacity for adaptability and analysis.

Within the Finance team based in Barcelona, he/she will be responsible for : 

Finance 
-Preparing the payrolls with Payfit 
-Create the new contracts in Payfit 
-Follow up on the company rules with the Team members 
-Employee expense management 
-Control the company cars and expenses of the team 
- All tasks that can help the finance team in achieving the objectives 
-Coordinate with the team leaders of each department to validate the holidays. 
  
Human Resources 
-In charge of all descriptions for all the job positions 
- Qualify and interview candidates during the recruitment process 
-Create a flowchart of Spain 
- Be the person in touch for all communications of the employee between the team leads managers 
-Communicate with the Human Resources department in Paris with all changes occurring in Spain. 


You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have an advanced level of English
- You have experience as a Talent Acquisition or HR Technician
- You have experience with administrative tasks
- You are a business-oriented person
- You have great adaptability and responsibility
