Our client has rapidly expanded to become a leading brand of CBD-infused wellness products. Hypergrowth start- up, located in Southern California, in a booming health and wellness CPG category
The International Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media channels including but not limited to paid social, paid search, programmatic display video, podcast, CTV, and new test partners.
- You will be responsible of own strategy for customer acquisition on paid social, paid search, programmatic, direct buys with publishers, and other media channels.
- You will manage creative and on-site testing plans rooted in data-driven decisions.
- You wull guide segmentation and audience development across channels.
- You will scale spends and customer acquisition across platforms with a mind for the full-funnel.
- You will oversee platform partnerships and maintain strong relationships with account teams.
- You will share creative learnings and best practices with creative partners with an emphasis on optimization and funnel steps.
- You will deepen team understanding of conversion and customer acquisition marketing paths.
- You will see strategy through execution - implement and launch marketing campaigns, working across key platforms and monitor to adjust and improve KPIs.
- Ypu will report to leadership and key stakeholders on paid media KPIs.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have an Advanced level of English.
- You have at least 3- 5 years experience an you have completed a dedicated program in marketing, communication and must have experience with ecommerce brands, whether in-house or at an agency.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
- You have a deep familiarity with marketing platforms, ecommerce KPIs, attribution modeling, in crementality testing, and analytics tools.
