Our client is an outsourcing centre which provides customer service, back office, technical support and sales solutions to multinational companies.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Identification:
- Utilise various channels (such as online research, social media) to identify potential B2B leads.
- Research and compile a list of companies, decision-makers, and relevant contacts within the industry.
- Utilise the already prepared database to contact identified potential leads
Qualification and Segmentation:
- Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., company size, industry, budget, needs) to determine their suitability.
- Segment leads into different categories (e.g., warm leads, cold leads, high-potential leads) for targeted outreach.

Collaboration with Marketing and Sales:
- Execute lead generation campaigns created by the marketing team to align messaging and strategies.
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for demo stage.

Outbound Communication:
Initiate outbound communications via cold calls, personalised emails, and other relevant channels.
Craft compelling messages that resonate with potential clients, emphasising the value of the solutions.

CRM Management:
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to organise and track leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Update lead information, record interactions, and monitor progress, ensuring the necessary standards are reached and entered into the system to make sure all the leads are of top quality.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the team leader to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide insights on lead behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Communication:
- Expertise in communicating persuasively with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and other channels.
- Ability to convey the value proposition of products/services effectively.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Familiarity with SEO principles to enhance visibility and attract leads through online channels.
- Knowledge of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Social Selling:
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) for lead identification and engagement.
- Ability to build relationships and credibility through social interactions.

Customer Targeting:
- Skill in organising and prioritising leads based on their level of interest and potential fit with the business.

Requirements

- Proficient level of market language and understanding of cultural nuances in that market.
- Excellent knowledge in IT and technically minded
- Very good knowledge of telemarketing / sales
- Outbound experience / sales experience
- Identification of new sales opportunities
- Very good self-organisation
- High social competence, team worker
- Authenticity and self-confidence
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle
- Ability to build great credibility over the phone with prospects
- A goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance
- Proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads.

- Salary 22K plus 2000 bonus.
