Our client is a global leader in the e-commerce sector of pharmaceutical products. The company is part of the prestigious Swiss group Zur Rose, which is currently leading the digitization of pharmaceutical products in the healthcare sector.
As a Legal Counsel, your main role will be to act as the sole point of contact for all legal matters, including corporate law, commercial law and data protection, among others, within the EU segment (France, Spain, and Portugal). In your day to day you will:
- You will advise management and various specialized departments on all legal and regulatory matters, including corporate law, labor law, data protection, etc.
- You will provide legal support on a wide range of legal inquiries related to the business, such as e-commerce, marketplace, information technologies, pharmacy, marketing, selective distribution systems, etc.
- You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- You will handle disputes and litigation.
- You will identify and monitor emerging legal developments and regulatory changes.
- You will maintain regular communication with the Group General Counsel and the Group Data Protection Officer.
- You will implement policies and regulations.
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have a high level of English.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Law.
- You have a solid understanding of business processes.
- You have the ability to develop legal strategies and objectives.
- You are practical, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach.
- You are a team player and willing to work closely with the business.
