As a Media Planner executive you will be responsible for:

-Work with the relevant market team to understand the business objectives and advertising
strategy
- Liaise with the creative agency, marketing team and with the internal client to develop media
strategies and campaigns
- Work on several projects at the same time, often for several different markets
- Make decisions on the best form of media for specific markets and campaigns
- Undertake research and analyze data using specialist industry resources
- Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior and media habits
- Present proposals, including cost schedules
- Recommend the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans
and locations
- Collaborate with other departments and media buyers either in-house or from a specialized
agency
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to build respect and reach the expected results

Essential:
- 3+ years’ experience as a media planner or similar role
- Broad knowledge of media channels, especially within TV Media
- Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Kantar Media, Media Monitor)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and
management of information
- Deeply analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math
