Our client is an international company located in the heart of Barcelona.
As an Order to Cash Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the team's KPIs/metrics are met
- Supervising and managing the OTC team, including participating in the recruitment process, conducting performance appraisals, boosting their performance and resolving complaints
- Overseeing the region's entire OTC process including customer master maintenance, credit administration, billing cycle, collection activities, cash application processes and AR related management reporting
- Gather relevant information about all the O2C processes for reporting to the stakeholders
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and business process solutions
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have at least 3 years as a Team leader/Supervisor and around 5-6 years of experience as a specialist in Order to Cash, Billing, AR or Collections
- You speak a native or near-native level of French
- You have an advanced command of Excel and other Microsoft tools. Any other OTC related software is a plus.
- You have an University degree
- You have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- You're flexible, organized, proactive and highly resilient
- You're a strong team player and strive to improve processes (continuous improvement)
- You have good negotiation / coaching skills as well as good problem-solving skills
