We are recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a multinational company based in Barcelona.
In this position you´ll be responsible for providing the accurate payroll of an international company in accordance to the associated regulations.
Your main responsibility as a Payroll Specialist is to collect data and process this accurately in the system, in order for all documents to be executed accordingly within the given time limit.
In your day-to-day
- You will collect different variables regarding the payroll
- You will update all the given information accurately in the system
- You will calculate different variables in regards to the payrolls
- You will prepare the monthly reports
- You will liaise between different internal departments
Requirements
- You have a native level of Dutch and a fluent level of English
- You have experience working in payroll for the Dutch market.
- You have a strong working knowledge of the Dutch regulations
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are proactive and able to organize your day
- You have a strong attention to detail
