WITH US:
» You will set up, launch and optimize advertising campaigns
» You will do daily campaign analysis and optimization
» You will do daily monitoring and reporting on revenue and ROI
» You will create and define optimization strategies for existing accounts
» You will manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of performance accounts clients
» You will prospect, identify and launch new strategic partnerships
» You will continuously improve ROI via new strategies and payout negotiations
» You will stay up to date with the latest industry news and trends
» You will work closely with the technical team to make product improvements and troubleshoot technical issues
» You will work closely with the publishing, advertising and compliance teams in order to increase overall network
performance and provide valuable feedback
» You will attend international trade show

You are the person we are looking for if:
» You have a Excellent level of English, other languages are highly valued
» You have Previous experience from media buying/advertising is highly advantageous
» You have a Strong knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)
» You are very detail-oriented and be able to manage multiple campaigns successfully
» You have Critical-thinking, great time-management
» You have Analytical and strong reporting skills (Excel)
» You are Creative and you have a strategic mind-set
» You have the Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
» You are Comfortable with adult content
» You Have a passion for online advertising, technology and new digital innovations
» You have Excellent communication and client relationship skills
