As a Personal Assistant your main responsibilities will be:
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Management of the CEO's agenda
- Organization of trips and meetings
- Support management tasks
- Assisting in the organization of events and congresses.
- Invoicing processing
- Office management activities
- Welcoming important guests
- General administrative activities
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
- Bachelor Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- More than 5 years in a similar position, giving support to high profiles
Skills
- Spanish and English fluent.
- Dutch or Chinese are a plus
- Computer Literacy (word processing, excel, database)
