Big multinational specialized in electronical and electrical manufacturing, currently going under a digital transformation and looking for keeping on growing in their Barcelona's Data Hub.

The Project Deployment Leader is involved in IT Projects assigned that reflect a direct value to Schneider Electric. The Deployment Leader will be required to communicate to countries, explain, manage training and adoption to ensure project delivery success.

What will be your responsibilities?

- Owner of relationship with Countries of his/her scope on Project scope to be deployed.
- Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resource and budget commitments reflected.
- Coordinate and Animate the Project deployment gates with all stakeholders involved in developing and managing the Deployment Plan within the constraints established and approved by DSS C. Support Quality Project Manager and Project Sponsor.
- Implement and enforce change control over project scope, schedule, resources and budget.
- Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the project team’s scope of responsibility.
- Monitor the deployment and report the status to the management on a regular basis
- Follow Schneider Digital Deployment Project methodology – including alignment with Agile method for Solution/Application delivery.

What qualifications will make you successful?

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Project Management or related field.
- Work experience in IT and in Project Management: 2 to 5 years.
- Experience in international environment.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and leadership.
- Available for travel up to 20%.
- Fluent English.
