Our client is an important company which has its own software related to Artificial Intelligence.
As a Project Manager your main tasks would be:
- Managing prioritization of the work, scope and team capacity
- Follow-up with clients for all projects assuring that milestones are delivered with the agreed timings, qualities and resources needed.
- Project briefing, debriefing and wrap-up.
- Optimization of workflow with every client.
- Defining the roadmap (project plan) for each project together with sales, creative and client.
- Revision, definition and improvement of execution processes for every type of project.
- Bridging the needs of the client with the creative team.
- Ensuring efficiency and quality while taking care of our culture.
- Revision and improvement of internal production processes from the client´s perspective.
- Project wash-ups to identify budget and timing deviations.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong interest and knowledge of IT concepts.
- Experience in agile environment.
- Fluent in English.
