Reliability Engineer Electrical

-  Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the electrical asset management strategy for the region’s plants to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintenance Excellence: Support the Reliability & Maintenance team in deploying Linde’s Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance (PPM/CM) standards to enhance plant availability and reliability.  
- Cost Optimization: Identify and drive initiatives to improve cost efficiency in electrical equipment management while supporting operational and maintenance troubleshooting. 
- Technical Problem-Solving: Lead or assist in Root-Cause Analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and Turn-Around (TAR) activities, including planning and execution within your expertise. 
- Project Support: Collaborate with the Project Execution team to define technical specifications for electrical equipment. - 
- Spare Parts Management: Provide expert recommendations on critical spare parts to maximize plant uptime.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documents, including data sheets, reports, and standards. 

-  Education: University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (equivalent professional experience considered). 
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in industrial plant operations, with expertise in electrical systems (e.g., motors, transformers, HV/MV/LV facilities). 
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, or German are a plus). 
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
