Talent Search People is a dynamic recruitment agency based in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon. We are leaders in the Barcelona recruiting scene, with an international and young working environment. As part of our Retail you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for a range of Retail roles across Europe.
Amongst others, your responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for assigned positions
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Source and attract candidates
- Build close relationships with clients
- Reporting
- Native level of German
- High level of English, Spanish is a plus
- Degree preferably in Psychology or Business Administration
- 1 year of previous experience in HR recruitment.
- Experience within an international environment is a plus
