Talent Search People (TSP) is an international Human Resources agency, specialized in offering customized solutions within the field of personnel selection, based in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon. We are specialists in the following profiles: Sales Mkt, Finance Legal, IT E-commerce, Engineering Pharma and Native Speakers. We offer international selection services as well as other HR services: TSP | Consulting, In-house Recruitment, RPO, Outplacement, Executive Recruitment and Interim Management.
As a Sales Intern you will be part of the Commercial team.
Your main functions will be:
- Benchmark strategies
- Market forecasting
- Commercial operations
- Manage negotiation processes from planning till closing the deal
- Maintain regular contact with the clients

We are looking for young professionals with the following characteristics:
Languages:
- Native level of English or Dutch + C1 level of English
- Intermediate Spanish is a plus
Experience and skills required:
- Interested in the Commercial Sector and in HR;
- Be able to adapt to an international environment is highly valued
- Knowledge in Sales and good negotiation skills
