What You’ll Do:
- You will drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
- You will turn prospects into loyal clients and enthusiastic brand advocates.
- You will build strong relationships with potential clients through cold calling, uncovering their true business needs.
- You will recommend the most suitable ADP products and services to address those needs.
- You will deepen existing client relationships by strategically cross-selling ADP’s latest solutions and innovations.
- You will collaborate daily with both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless communication and service.
- You will establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
You are the perfect match if:
- You have a demonstrated sales aptitude and are assertive, persistent, a good listener, and highly self-motivated.
- You have excellent closing skills and a strong ability to convert leads into clients.
- You have a goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly quotas.
- You have strong organizational skills and are highly effective in managing your time and daily activities.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
