As a SAP Security Manager, you will be responsible for:

-Act as the single point of contact for all system landscape activities within the responsibility of SAP CCoE.
-Inform the BU manager about upcoming BUS according to the IT Migration Plan dates and check dependencies to local projects
-Check in the TransportManager the open transports for production and check with the Business Units if transports can be transported, removed or must be reimported after the BUS
-Develop and maintain the central plan for all system activities including planned outages and periods of business critical activities together with the global SAP Landscape Manager
-Manage SAP CCoE participation in all Disaster Recovery exercises to ensure appropriate communication and testing activities are performed
-Act as the central point for all technical audit initiatives and liaise with audit and controls as appropriate to ensure active participation.
-Act as operational cutover manager for all project deployments
-Act as the central point of contact for any incidents that impact the SAP CCoE customers and ensure appropriate resolution activities are completed on a timely basis and without additional disruption
-Liaise with the global SAP Landscape Manager and the Release and Deployment Manager to establish an environment for high quality L&P testing activities.

As a SAP Security Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

-5 - 10 years experience of Finance IT technologies, in particular SAP.
-Significant experience in working in cross-border and diverse cultural environment
-Understanding of financial services operating models, process footprints and linkages between business changes and IT requirements, ideally in an insurance business
-Experienced in building up and managing stakeholder relationships and removing obstacles towards win/win
-Good negotiating skills, performance management, good practice and techniques as well as fluent written and spoken English, Spanish and German (preferred).
-Lean Green Belt Practitioner (preferred)

KNOWLEDGE:
-Experience of ITIL
-Experience of SAP and environmental structure / constraints
-Experience of disaster recovery processes and principles
-Experience of business process transformation.
-Experience of communicating technical issues in a non-technical manner that can be understood by a global audience

-Outstanding organizational and communication (written and oral) skills required.
