As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support in diffusion coating processes, ensuring that equipment and procedures comply with safety and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
. Provide technical assistance in coating processes and related technologies.
· Develop and update safety instructions and technical procedures.
· Create and maintain technical and operating manuals.
· Apply an Agile approach to the new product introduction process.
· Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO9001, AS9100).
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
· Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, or similar).
· Three years of experience in engineering, preferably in the aerospace or industrial gas turbine sectors.
· Knowledge of surface treatment processes (desirable).
· Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, and APQP.
· Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
· Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team.
· Availability to travel to the USA and England
