- Assist with application and technical requirements gathering and capturing business requirements using change requests, storyboarding, use case modeling, etc.
- Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
- Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, workflows or other detailed deliverables.
- Works closely with both business area representatives and the technical leads, quality assurance manager and third party developers to ensure the system functionality will meet the needs of the business.
Serve as a subject matter expert for IT systems and large application platforms.
- 3-5 years+ of related professional level experience in IT and business analysis or software development
- 2 years+ of experience working on technology and application implementation or development projects (prefer experience with projects using Java, .NET, and data warehouse) including developing technical requirements
