A leading multinational chemical company (industrial & medical gases), part of a world-renowned group.
TAR Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed TAR plans, schedules, and budgets based on scope defined by the TAR Program Manager.
- Ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of all TAR activities.
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor daily progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner with Reliability, Maintenance, and Operations teams to define TAR requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, performance, claims, and deliverables.
- Oversee on-site TAR execution, ensuring seamless coordination and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 5+ years of TAR/project management experience in industrial gas, petrochemicals, or related industries.
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
