Turn-Around (TAR) Coordinator

TAR Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed TAR plans, schedules, and budgets based on scope defined by the TAR Program Manager.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of all TAR activities.
• Optimize resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor daily progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Partner with Reliability, Maintenance, and Operations teams to define TAR requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, performance, claims, and deliverables.
• Oversee on-site TAR execution, ensuring seamless coordination and troubleshooting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of TAR/project management experience in industrial gas, petrochemicals, or related industries.
• Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
