B2B Customer Service – French | Industrial Sector

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Respond to customer requests and assess their needs via email and phone.
• Keep customers informed about their orders and track them through to delivery.
• Enter and manage quotations and orders in the ERP system.
• Resolve order-related issues and handle claims.
• Monitor product availability to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide basic technical assistance to customers.
• Support transport and logistics coordination.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products through cross-selling.

You're the person we're looking for if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Are fluent in French, English and Spanish
• Have a basic knowledge of export documentation (BL, AWB, DUA, Certificates of Origin, Cash against Documents, Letters of Credit).
• Are proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus).
• Are highly customer-focused and solution-oriented.
• Can adapt quickly to new processes and tools.
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, offering creative solutions.
• Work well in a team and take a proactive approach.
• Are analytical with strong attention to detail.
