Our client is a world leader in residential swimming pool equipment and is well-established in over 60 other countries since 1925.

In your day-to-day, you will:

- Respond to customer requests and assess their needs via email and phone.
-Keep customers informed about their orders and track them through to delivery.
-Enter and manage quotations and orders in the ERP system.
-Resolve order-related issues and handle claims.
-Monitor product availability to ensure timely order fulfillment.
-Provide basic technical assistance to customers.
-Support transport and logistics coordination.
-Identify opportunities to offer additional products through cross-selling.

You're the person we're looking for if you:

- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
-Are fluent in French, English and Spanish
-Have a basic knowledge of export documentation (BL, AWB, DUA, Certificates of Origin, Cash against Documents, Letters of Credit).
-Are proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus).
-Are highly customer-focused and solution-oriented.
-Can adapt quickly to new processes and tools.
-Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, offering creative solutions.
-Work well in a team and take a proactive approach.
-Are analytical with strong attention to detail.
