You will join a Swiss international chemical industry company located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat and be part of a professional multicultural team.
During your day to day:
-You will support the sales team with additional tools to manage customer feedback on demand planning issues.
-You will work closely with supply planning to manage upcoming issues and escalations.
-You will ensure effective communication of relevant demand changes to the supply planning team
-You will coordinate the phase-in/out process including supply transfers in terms of sales FC
-You will enhance existing demand planning tool with new functionality, easier to use,...
-You will ensure that demand planning processes are completed in line with expectations (KPI's).
-You will help redefine the existing demand planning process to optimize FC accuracy
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have 5 experience years or more.
- You have an engineering supply chain degree or demand planning specialization degree.
- You have fluent written and spoken english
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have negotiation and interpersonal skills
- You are able to delegate and take clear action
- You have Excel knowledge, enjoy numbers, logic and analytical thinking, reporting tools (BW, APO DP, SAP, Celonis)
- You have people management skills
- You have analytical skills
