We are looking for a qualified IT Digital Ops & Sustainability Manager with strong project management, data, and technology skills to join our IT Digital team and support the global digitalization of Agrolimen Ops & Sustainability agenda.
Based in our Headquarters in Barcelona, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing Digital Ops & Sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with Ops & Sustainability Strategies to generate efficiencies, reach Healthy Dietary Choices, and achieve the Environmental & Social targets.
With a global scope, the candidate will act as the key link between Operations, Sustainability & R&D areas, coordinating initiatives such as ESG reporting, Carbon Footprint measurement & reduction, and digital solutions for Nutrition transparency and Product sustainability.
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Sciences or related field.
- 4/5 years of proven experience in Digital Transformation or IT Project management roles, with specific exposure to Sustainability, ESG, or Carbon Management.
- Solid knowledge of Sustainability frameworks and processes (ESG, CSRD, Carbon Footprint, Nutrition labelling, supply chain traceability).
- Experience with digital Sustainability platforms and reporting solutions (Workiva, Latis, or similar).
- Proven experience with Data Architectures (Snowflake, Microsoft Data Fabric) and integration with reporting tools (PowerBI, SAC, SQL).
- Familiarity with SAP core modules, especially Procurement (MM), Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle data.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, DevOps).
- Experience on end-to-end processes automation, RPA applied.
- Experience on AI algorithms applied to accelerate our productivity and increase the business value realization related to the solutions and processes in place.
- Ability to effectively communicate and align with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude, able to take ownership of initiatives and deliver results.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French will be considered a plus.
