A multinational company expanding in Europe, America and Africa specialized in the retail sector with more than 10.000 items grouped by theme
As a Store Manager you will be responsible of the management of the store, leading the team and represent the company to third parties on requirement by the Area Manager.
Your duties include:
Guide and develope the team to reach the objectives set up by headquarters.
Stock management (Ordering, receiving delivery, inventories, faulties, correct sales)
Improvement of KPIs of the store (sales, inventory, productivity and personnel cost)
Responsibility of money stream (sales, floating money, safe, money change, banking, cash up)
Reporting to the headquarters and weekly Skype meetings with the area manager
Support in recruitment and selection of staff
Coordination, delegation, control, evaluation and follow up of the staff member
Execution of disciplinary procedures if necessary
Handling of grievance procedures
Coordination and follow-up of staff´s holiday plan and weekly rotation
Ensure customer service excellence (following PAIDUC manual)
Customer complaint management
Responsibility of presenting the store in perfect conditions (refer to PAIDUC and store image manual)
Responsibility of staff´s compliance with all procedures and norms set up by the company, the centre´s management and legal requirements
Suggestions for promotions, new products in order to improve KPIs
Education:
Preferably Trade and Marketing training
Work experience:
At least 2 years in team leading
Experience in customer service excellence and complaint management
Experience in retail
Languages:
Excellent level of german and medium/advance level of English
Spanish desirable
