Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, in your day to day:

-You will quickly understand business processes, context, and key stakeholders to guide analysis.
-You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple domains.
-You will identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve workflows and performance.
-You will translate insights into data-driven recommendations that support client strategy and operations.
-You will create clear and structured documentation (business cases, user stories, process flows).
-You will lead workshops and align teams around project objectives and milestones.
-You will define success metrics and help validate business outcomes.
-You will collaborate closely with Functional Analysts and Journey Designers to shape tailored solutions.
-You will ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
-You will track project outcomes and recommend enhancements for ongoing improvement.

You are the person we are looking for if:

-You have at least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in transformation projects or consultancy environments.
-You are skilled at gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven solutions.
-You have an advanced level of English and feel confident communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
-You like to keep things simple, but never lose sight of the details, and you take a hands-on approach to every challenge.
-You are a natural communicator, capable of aligning teams, facilitating workshops, and driving consensus across stakeholders.
