Our client is a Mall Management Company

As Personal Assistant for the Legal Department you will be in direct dependence of the Legal Manager and act as a link to the other teams and oversees and coordinates administration of the Legal office.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Reception and filtering of mail and telephone calls in English and Spanish.
-Search and information processing.
-Administrative functions: drafting and design of legal contracts, documents and presentations, integration of data and revision and adaptation to corporate standards and corporate image.
-Organization and coordination of professionals' work (agenda, travel, meetings, expenses).
-Control and management of the invoicing of the equipment
- Follow up on outstanding post-signature matters with third party suppliers.


We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications

- Fluent in Spanish and English, any other European language is a plus
- Degree level

Experience

- Previous similar experience in a fast-paced environment
- Legal knowledge and ability to read leases
- Knowledge of the outlet market would be a plus

Skills

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and speeds – especially Outlook

Soft Skills

- Strong well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility on working hours, location and travel
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of Business
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
