Business Controller

Where will you work?

What will you do?

• You will monitor and analyse business performance, KPIs and initiatives, supporting month end close
• Also, be responsible for resTender Cases Financials
• You will supports Homecare Management on business development and business improvement / cost reduction plans; actively seeks out cost reduction / working capital opportunities / and new projects business plans
• Provides cost centre planning, management reports and deviations analysis
• You will ensures compliance with Finance and accounting regulatory framework (local GAAP, US GAAP, Linde PLC (accounting policy)
• Contact for Internal and external audits (e.g. Financial / Tax audits) within the countries and supports the management in ad-hoc data requirements or projects
• Advises and consulting and support of the management in the financial due diligence on acquisitions, portfolio analysis and new investments/divestments
• Other management reports such as P&L per customer and margin per therapy reports

Who we look for

• You have a university/master’s degree in Finance
• Also your experience is between 1-3 years in multinational corporations or Big 4 in a FICO department
• You consider yourself Controlling / Financial / Accounting expertise
• Also you can speak Spanish and English fluently
• Further you have excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• You have strong written and oral communications skills
