Where will you work?

You will work at a multinational company that provides personnel management solutions, based in Lisbon.

What will you do?

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing HR operations, ensuring the effective execution of HR strategies, and delivering exceptional HR services to clients.

  • Lead the client service management on-site: addressing specific requests, resolving service-related queries, and ensuring compliance with legal aspects.
  • Manage the resolution and handling of incidents related to HR services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review HR processes, update service schedules, and align HR strategies with their needs.
  • Provide functional and technical support to clients in HR-related areas.
  • Oversee and review HR-related data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform functional tests on HR systems and tools.
  • Manage full-cycle HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, including HR compliance in the respective countries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have more than 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership position as an HR Business Partner.
  • You are fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
  • You possess deep knowledge of local labor laws, HR practices, and regulations.
  • You have strong expertise in HR software and applications.
  • You have experience with HR IT systems, including data management and process automation.
  • You are experienced in managing large teams and complex HR functions.
  • You have strong communication skills, are client-oriented, and possess problem-solving abilities.
