Our client is a multinational in the retail industry in Lisbon.
As an Accountant, you will be in charge of general accounting tasks:
- Manage financial transactions and accounts receivable/payable processes
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and efficiency
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant
- You have experience with the entire accounting cycle and are knowledgeable of Portuguese accounting
- You have a native level of Portuguese
- You have a high level of English (written and verbal)
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You're familiar with SAP and MS Office Suite
