As a IT Systems Specialist you will act as a technical expert and adviser.
You will be responsible for:
- Technical support clients' Operating Systems
- Escalate whenever necessary
- Training and coaching members of the team on how to solve issues
- Needs to be able to act as a manager when necessary
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Specialized university degree or equivalent education
- Knowledge in Enterprise IT landscape
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar tasks
Skills
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
- Storage Systems
- Virtualization Environments
