As a Business Developer, you will be working in the Sales division. Your objective as a B2B territory sales will be to focus on prospecting, presenting, and selling complex IT products and services
You will be responsible for:
-Uncover and understand customer requirements in order to recommend and effectively sell products or solutions
-Evangelize and Educate – both Customers and Channel Partners- Selling Speech Technology products and services
-Expand opportunities and increase average deal sizes by up-selling add-on and cross-selling a proven and customer-loved portfolio of products
-Develop and maintain territory account plans and detailed financial forecasts
-Create and present accurate sales forecasts, and achieves sales targets
-Demonstrate company's values, contribute positively to team and colleagues by fostering teamwork and collaboration
-Account planning (including account profiling, account positioning strategy, customer needs analysis, business justifications, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long range account management strategies
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
-Hold and MBA or similar Business Education
-Formal training in consultative sales techniques Experience with a sales methodology and CRM solution
-Fluent Spanish and English
Experience:
-Experience on consultative selling processes
-Previous B2B Sales experience selling to Enterprise Accounts
-Experience selling via channel partners
-Experience accurately forecasting and reporting on territory /account activity
Skills:
-Previous experience using Salesforce.com
