Our client is specialized in digital transaction security in Madrid. They provide video identification, back office and fraud detection services to companies around the world.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• You will help customers through video calls regarding their identity verification as a part of their onboarding process, following a closed and specific script
• You will be in charge of verifying the identity of the customer
• You will have to check and verify the customers' data
• You will be dealing with electronic notifications and processes
• You will have to do some administrative tasks

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have a native level of German and you can also speak English (at least a B2 level)
• You can speak Spanish (it's a plus)
• You are comfortable in front of a camera
• You are a communicative and empathetic person
• You have good organizational skills
• You are a quick learner and you know how to make your place in a team
• You are flexible and able to adapt to different situations
• You have demonstrable knowledge of Word and Excel
• You enjoy the world of new technologies

We're offering:

• You'll have a permanent contract with 2 weeks training
• You'll have a competitive salary: €24.000/year
• You'll have a hybrid work model (except during the training which is at the office)
• You'll have a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (2 weekends per month) and always 2 days off/week
• Your working hours will be from 16:00 to 00:00
• You'll have up to 23 days of holidays
