We aim to continue growing responsibly, caring for the planet, society, and all our collaborators. Therefore, we are looking for someone to handle Customer Service tasks in Madrid.

What will be your responsibility?

- Answering calls and emails from customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Order management, advising clients, handling incidents.
- Checking and executing marketing campaigns.
- Addressing simple accounting queries promptly.
- Assisting in product returns.
- Cross-selling products.
- Updating customer records, and more.

- Native German proficiency.
- English proficiency at level C1.
- Spanish proficiency at level B1.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Excel.

- FLEXIBLE COMPENSATION: Restaurant vouchers, transportation, and daycare.
- Hybrid work model: 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office (8 days per month).
- Fridays: one team member works until 6 PM, the rest until 2 PM.
- The first 3 months will be in-person for training.
- Internal dental training paid by the company. It begins approximately every month and a half. One course per person.
- Fix salary + annual variable compensation based on quarterly, corporate, and individual objectives after completing one year in the company.
