IT Automation & Systems Specialist

We are looking for an IT Automation & Systems Specialist to take ownership of internal IT systems, automation workflows, and infrastructure optimization. This role is essential to ensure operational efficiency, security, and scalability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the main IT support contact for the remote team.
-Automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, or custom scripts (Python, Bash).
-Manage and optimize SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Zoom).
-Build internal tools or lightweight agents using APIs and platforms such as OpenAI, LangChain, Retool.
-Implement security policies and manage access control (SSO, MDM, 2FA).
-Automate onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain documentation.
-Monitor systems and propose scalable automation solutions.
-Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams.
-Lead IT projects including system upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
-Ensure compliance with third-party platform integrations (e.g., EU Portal, Swiss Innovation Portal).

-3+ years of experience in IT support, DevOps, or automation roles.
-Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
-Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and APIs.
-Proficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Retool).
-Experience building tools using LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar) is a plus.
-Solid understanding of security, compliance, and device management in remote settings.
-Fluent in English (French is a plus).
-Based in Spain or available to work within CET hours.
