If you have a degree in Network Engineering or Computer Engineering and are fluent in French and English, this is your opportunity. You will be working for an important telecommunications client, leader in the sector both nationally and internationally!

As an IT Helpdesk Representative L1 in your day-to-day work:
- Handle incidents in accordance with SLAs
- Follow up and resolve L1 user incidents in accordance with SLAs
- Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams
- Participate in the team’s continuous improvement around technical and functional processes as well as help improve customer’s satisfaction
- Communicate and collaborate closely with the teams, help and support your colleagues

You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a degree in Engineering (Telecommunications or Computer Science) or CFGS (Administration of Networked Computer Systems)
- You have certifications in CISCO (CCNA, CCNP)
- You are fluent in French and English
- You are customer-oriented
