Our client is one of de biggest insurance groups in the world.
As a Scrum Master:
-Establish a trust and effective agile work environment;
-Ensure good relationships between product owner and team members;
-Facilitate daily scrums and meetings and coach the team;
-Protect the team by resolving effectively issues that the team may be experiencing;
-Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution;
-Organize and plan the team work assigning tasks and remove impediments;
-Anticipate and identify risks;
-Work closely with product owner providing estimations as needed;
-Monitor progress;
-Escalate issues.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
-Previous experience working as a scrum master, applying agile practices and principles, would be an advantage.
-Proyecto internacional.
