Our client is a leading provider of programmatic advertising (Adtech) services, delivering data-driven and innovative solutions in Madrid.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will work hand-in-hand with the Publisher Business Developers to support account growth by analyzing the day-to-day management of the accounts.
- Be responsible for the integration, monitoring and upkeep of Refinery89’s publishers.
- Work alongside the Publisher TAM team to troubleshoot integration, activation and placement monetization.
- Update and provide publisher's data analysis.
- Seek for intelligent solutions that unlock additional revenue opportunities for publishers and Refinery89.
- Support on building the knowledge of the TAM team to optimize execution of technical issues and publishers optimisation.
- Support to keep knowledge base and tech/publishers related documentation always up to date.
- Train team best practices for alignment with the project's goals, perform tests and debugging.
- Stay aware of the latest technologies to improve our solution.
What You Need?
- 5+ years of experience, with good knowledge of programmatic ads, digital media metrics and web analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Speaking more languages are a plus for the position.
- Good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, formats, KPIs, and technologies such as header bidding (SSPs, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB).
- Commercial mindset, passion for the product and company, and a can-do mentality.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent collaboration and project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a changing, fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment.
- Desire to learn new technology quickly and translate product features into business benefits.
Technical Skills (desirable):
- Knowledge of programming languages, mainly JavaScript, HTML, Wordpress, etc.
- Basic knowledge of project management software (e.g. JIRA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
