Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector that helps everyday people to be safer and protected.
As part of the Belgian Telesales department your main tasks will be the following:
-Make outbound calls to potential customers in the Belgian B2C market (both French- and Flemish-speaking).
-Promote and sell the company's products/services by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
-Build rapport and trust with prospects to identify their needs and offer suitable solutions.
-Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
-Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
-Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to continuously improve performance and customer approach.
-Provide an excellent customer experience with a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
-French & Flemish Native + Nice to have other European languages
-At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment
• The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
• The agent should also have strong customer service skills, to be used to working to targets and change in products. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices
What do we offer:
-Permanent contract with a 3-month trial period.
-100% remote work if you live outside the Community of Madrid (excluding the islands), or hybrid model (approx. 8 office days/month) if you're based within the Community of Madrid after the training and onboarding period.
-Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40 hours/week).
-Annual gross salary of €20,183, plus a language bonus of €2,600 (€1,300 for French + €1,300 for Flemish), totaling €22,783 gross/year paid in 12 installments.
