• Manage Device lifecycles based on given global governance.
• Oversee all reports and documentation related to IT Infrastructure Services, deployment, operations and support and manage resource libraries of technical information and solutions.
• Manage contractors, third parties, cloud services providers, and other vendors.
• Maintain and improve our existing Cloud Solutions Services.
• Develop and implement IT Infrastructure Services and processes that align with business needs and enhance service quality.
• Evaluate and drive value generating sustainable improvements to existing IT Infrastructure Services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and perform multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
• Stay up-to-date on technologies, solutions, and architectures to optimize information technology functions.
• Participate on service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives.
• Participate on the creation on service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) based on service needs.
• Collaborate with cross functional Teams in Network and Server area and align on standardized operating procedure guidelines.

• Demonstrable experience in cloud solutions like Telephony/Contact Center (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
• Knowledge in AWS environment.
• Service-oriented mindset and interest in understanding the needs of service consumers.
• Ability to work in an international environment and demonstrate fluency in English.
• Experience with IT service management tools, incident handling tools and asset repositories.
• Experience in IT service delivery management and ITIL process management.
• ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certifications – Foundation or above.
• Experience in Project Management/Agile Methologies.
• Project management certification (a plus).
• Willingness to travel in our REW region.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a similar discipline or equivalent experience.
