- Leading and managing a team of specific market
- Providing customer support to the market assigned
- Communication through e-mails, tickets and phone
- Working in cooperation with other departments
- Managing special customer requests and complaints

- Completed qualification or Bachelor degree within the industry of Management or Logistics (or similar)
- 3+ years of experience (customer service, sales or logistics)
- Knowledge of SAP/CRM and MS Office
- Advanced Italian or French and English
- Experience in team management
- Highly customer service oriented
