You will work in a company dedicated to the development of evaporation systems, whose technology has placed it as a leading brand in the development of applications worldwide, as well as in terms of innovation and discovery of new pharmaceutical products.
The offices are located in Mataró, near Barcelona.
As an HR Generalist your functions will be principally related to recruitment and managing support as well, and also brings you the opportunity of being involved in many internal HR projects related to succession plannings, training programs, etc.
In your day by day:
-You will work on Recruiting processes (main focus in Engineers, Technical recruiting is required a lot of times).
- You will be supporting and giving advice related to HR to Managers and Employees.
-You will Manage site performance reviews, supporting managers
-You will be part of Site Leadership Team Meetings.
-You will lead with the day to day Admin.
-You're going to support/coordinate the payroll process.
-You will have liaise with Legal Advisors.
-You will manage mandatory training annually.
-You will maintain and update HR system (new system being launched in January across the business).
-In long term you will be involved in different HR projects in the Company (succession plannings, training programs, etc.) and learning and development parts of Human Resources.
You are the person we are hiring if:
-You have 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
-You are able to answer general employee/Manager HR questions.
-You are used to deal with learning and development parts of Human Resources.
-You are an autonomous person.
- You are approchable, organized, and a strong comunicator.
- You will have a permanent and full-time contract.
-Your gross salary will be 35.000 € / per year.
-Your work schedule will be from Monday to Thursday (8,5h) and Fridays (6h). Flexible entry (normal starting hours between 08:00h-08:30h).
