Our client is one of the leading brands in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products in the categories clothing, home, accessories and perfumes.
- Maintain the store standards and train the team according to the expectations of the brand.
- Maintain all the visual displays in the store, including the styling of fashion dolls, props and products
- Support the team with all BP actions and offer solutions tailored to the business.
- Have an overview of the ways to visualize the brand in the business, adapting seasonal policies, and finding creative solutions to optimize the display and presentation.
- Responsible for the team's development, succession, and growth of VM talent in the business.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-First relevant professional and management experience, minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- First experience working with Retail KPIs
- Excellent team and communication skills as well as a structured and organized way of working
- Demonstrated experience in the fashion industry
- Fluent knowledge of German and English
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
