Our client is a german multinational company who is looking for professionals with a fluent level of English and Portuguese to a Systems Data Expert position.
This professional will provide 1st level direct support to company’s internal software applications to end users:
- Provide stabilization to the company processes;
- Identify and manage enhancement requests;
- Prepare reporting’s and KPI’s to support business analysis;
- Create SQL Scripts and generate reports;
- Manage, correct and/or escalate process incidents;
- Provide training to users in relevant applications;
- Work with IT project/product leads and managers to support the capture and validation of business, system, and technical requirements;
- Work in a team environment and IT project settings and provide people, project, and process management expertise to support system enhancements and implementations.
- 12º or Degree on Computer Science (similar areas);
- High knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, queries, views and stored procedures;
- Knowledge in PHP and HTML;
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical specification for implementation or development;
- Languages: Portuguese, English, written and spoken and/or Spanish is a plus;
- Base Salary;
- Food Allowance.
