Our client is an international rental car company.
Your Mission will be the detection of training and coaching needs in the incremental sales area (counter staff) to achieve the branch’s targeted revenue. Also, the incumbent is responsible for the planning, elaboration and execution of supporting trainings and coaching measures (on-the job and specific training-coaching actions. Provides employees with specific knowledge regarding their sales tasks and ensures service and quality standards by providing constant information (official notes, webcollege, etc.).
General Tasks:
- Training Coaching counter staff needs detection: Planning and Elaboration (20% of the time)
- Active Training and Coaching (basically focussing on incremental sales)(60% of the time)
- Operational Projects (20% of the time)
Specified Tasks
a)Training Coaching:
- Planning, Elaboration, Organization and Execution
- Defining training / coaching needs calendar respecting the needs of the different stations
- Ensuring the availability of training materials (manuals, pens, markers, flipchart etc.)
- Ensuring correct invoicing of training meals and material
- Preparation of class rooms / check working schedule and current reservations
- Cost Control
- Execution of the Training
- Ensure participants learn and understand every aspect of the Company Trainings
- Ensure participants will be able to confidentially use the training content in their daily work
- Ensure participants learn highest standards of sales and service
- Written feedback about every participant to BM and superiors
- Coaching (on the job) with employees incl. feedback to managers and other involved staff
- Detect training needs and create and develop new trainings/coaching sessions
b)Operational Projects:
- Translation, adaptation and sending of important international information regarding operational issues
- General control of operational Incremental Sales

-Holidays: 22 days per year
-Fix salary + Variable salary from 50% on of yearly fix salary
