International enterprise providing IT Services to a leading international incoming company in the tourism market. They provide innovative technology to the MTS Globe Group's 65 destination offices in 17 countries.

As a Team Lead QA, you will be working in the QA Department and reporting to the Scrum Master. Your objective will be responsible for manage and guide their QA department.

You will be responsible for:

-Define testing strategy with the development department. Continuously involve team members for a cooperative and efficient User Story resolution. Agile follow-up to achieve constant improvement.
-Push test automation coverage, improving the automated framework for GUI testing and service testing.
-Implement tools and reports for monitoring the system and evaluate its status.
-Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery process by certifying any change in the system

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications

-Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent
-ISEB/ISTQB certification would be a benefit

Experience

-Minimal 2 years of experience in a similar Senior QA Analyst role or as a TeamLead in a similar environment.

Skills

-Experience in creating/automating tests in agile development environments
-Experience in JavaScript or similar scripting languages
-Familiarity with multi-tier, distributed systems, XML, JSON …
-Experience of Defect Management tools such as Jira, MS Team Foundation.
-Experience with Test Automation tools such as TestComplete, SOAPUI or Fitnesse
-German would be a benefit

Soft skills

-Excellent communication and documentation skills; fluent in English and Spanish
-Team-player capable to manage all QA aspects in multi discipline Scrum teams.
-Questioning, encouraging and patient conflict management skills.
