Where will you work?

Our client is a multinational company based in Porto.

What will you do?

  • As our French Payroll Expert, you will be the backbone of our operations in France, ensuring accuracy and trust. Your day-to-day will involve:
  • End-to-End Payroll Management: Taking full ownership of the payroll cycle for our French-speaking employees.
  • Employee Advocacy: Acting as the go-to expert for queries regarding taxes, social security, and labor law.
  • Data Integrity: Managing and auditing HR data within our state-of-the-art systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with the global HR team to optimize processes and implement best practices.

Who we look for

  • You are what we are looking for if:
  • You are fluent in French (C1/C2) and have a strong command of English.
  • You have previous experience in Payroll or HR Administration (knowledge of French labor law is a huge plus!).
  • You believe that "the little things" matter, especially when it involves people’s salaries.
  • You are comfortable with Excel and HRIS tools (like SAP, Workday, or SuccessFactors).
