The company is a multinational based in Porto.

This is a role that has been designed to facilitate the implementation and ongoing support for HR systems.

Responsabilities:

- Be a SAP Super User for: Iberia/France/Benelux
- Works with Information Services and HR project team members
- Supports data collection, data audit and data cleansing and provide necessary data requested by other systems.
- Reviews SAP Organisational Management data to ensure that it is up-to-date and reflects any changes in sub-regional and country structures
- Ensures that a consistent approach is used for preparation and reporting of data at a sub-regional/country level
- Looks for areas of continuous improvement in HR data reporting to meet the changing needs of business management
- Investigates systemic issues and works with Regional HR Super Users to develop proposals for improvement
- Maintains HR data and organisational data in the system for “Minimaster” countries in the sub-region
- Ensures global and local HR data maintenance requirements and reporting related to SAP HR are followed
- Requests new Country HR Users, role changes to Country HR Users and delimitations for Country HR Users
- Supports departments with their LMS needs
- Monthly reporting and analytics
- Interface between SAP and other systems

- Mandatory to speak English (at least C1), other languages is a plus;
– Excellent communication and influencing skills – must be able to identify and discuss issues with all system stakeholders in various departments and employee levels within the organisation
– Understanding of key HR processes
– Excellent computer skills
– Experience on SAP HR functionality is mandatory
– Experience in LMS, Elevate HR functionality is a plus
– Ability to work collaboratively with, HR Community, Information Services team to support process improvements
– Ability to work with other Country Super Users and Regional Super User
– Strong analytical skills
– Experience in an HR Shared Service Centre is a plus
